Event Details

  • Event: Wills Clinic

  • Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2026

  • Time: 12:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Location: The Span Center / Chesterfield Aging & Disability, 9800 Government Center Parkway, Chesterfield, VA 23832

Volunteers Needed

We are seeking the following volunteers for this clinic:

  • 10 Attorneys — to assist clients with drafting and executing life planning documents

  • 4 Notaries — to notarize documents on-site

No prior wills clinic experience is required. The Greater Richmond Bar Foundation coordinates the clients and provides the framework for the clinic, so you can focus on providing direct legal assistance to those in need.

Who We Serve

The clinic serves individuals aged 55 and older, persons with disabilities over 18, caregivers, and individuals receiving hospice care — all of whom meet income eligibility guidelines. Your participation makes a meaningful difference in ensuring that vulnerable members of our community have access to these critical legal documents.

How to Volunteer

If you are able to volunteer, please RSVP by September 14, 2026 to HillTuckerBar@gmail.com.

We hope you will consider joining us for this rewarding service opportunity. The Hill Tucker Bar Association has a proud tradition of community engagement, and your participation helps continue that legacy.

Thank you for your time and your commitment to expanding access to justice.
